The Sacred Womb
A Guided Practice To Energise Your Womb Center
This guided practice serves as both a foundational womb healing technique to energise your whole womb center and a diagnostic tool to understand your current relationship to your womb.
You’ll learn to direct energy to each part of your womb system – the ovaries, tubes, the womb itself, cervix, and yoni (sacred space).
As you breathe into each area, you’ll discover not just where energy may be blocked or flowing freely, but you’ll actively begin the process of re-energisation.
You can practice it indoors while sitting in a chair, though sitting directly on the earth can deepen your experience significantly.
Whether you’re exploring womb healing for the first time or are a seasoned practitioner, this foundational practice serves as the cornerstone for reconnection with your seat of power.
This practice:
- Works to energise the entire womb system, including the ovaries, tubes, womb, cervix and yoni
- Is designed as a standalone practice and is part of a 21-day womb healing journey
- Incorporates somatic resourcing through connecting to the earth and your energetic tap root
- Can be done anywhere, though sitting on earth, the beach, a tree stump or a stone enhances the energetic
- Will energise your menstrual cycle
- Acts as a diagnostic tool to discover areas of resistance, old protection, stored emotions or disconnection.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
You may feel slightly faint or dizzy if you do too much deep breathing too soon. Don’t push yourself. Do what you can. Dynamic breathing gets your chi moving. If you feel dizzy, simply pause the practice, open your eyes and breathe gently, returning to the practice once the dizziness has passed.

Hey everyone, welcome to this episode where I share a guided practice to energize your womb center. So I wanted to put this on the podcast so that it's free and accessible for everybody, because this is the start point. This is the first thing we have a look at when we do any womb healing. So it's going to tell us how connected we feel to our wombs. Is there any resistance or protective parts? How much energy is in the womb, how easy is it to breathe into the womb center? So it's a practice in itself, but it's also diagnostic for you, so that you can have a good assessment of where you're at with your relationship with your womb. So the context of this practice is that it's a practice number two in a 21 day womb healing journey. If you want that full journey, it's available by clicking the link in the show notes. But this is a standalone practice and can be done just on its own to help you both assess where you're at with your womb and also to get some energy in your womb center. Getting more energy in our womb center is always great. It helps our helps our womb perform its job. It'll help energize your cycle. You can do it as many times as you want. You can do it sitting indoors. Always sit up, because it's it helps to be in an engaged, active position, uh, but if you want to deepen your practice, you can go outside, you can sit on the earth, you can sit on a stone, and that's going to help get energy in your womb centre as well. If you have any comments, you can always leave a review on Apple or Spotify or head over to Instagram at the Sacred Womb and leave me a comment on one of my latest posts and I will reply. But otherwise I shall let you get on with it and I wish you a great practice.
Speaker 1:Hello, ladies, and welcome back. This is practice two energizing the womb center. So today we're going to do a really simple practice with awareness, breath, hands on our womb to get some energy back into our womb center. So I'm not going to describe this too much because I think it's pretty self-explanatory, but just see what you experience as you return more energy back to the womb center. So we're going to go through energizing the ovaries, the tubes, the womb itself, the cervix and the yoni, and then we're going to do three breaths to finish with the whole womb center.
Speaker 1:Okay, so we're going to start with some resourcing, and yesterday we did the breath of the ocean, so we're going to do that briefly again and then we're going to resource with the earth. So get comfortable in an active sitting position. You can do this just where you're at. If you're returning to this practice, you can do it whilst you're sitting on a stone. A stone is part of the earth. You can do it sitting directly on the earth, on the beach, anywhere. You can do it sitting on a tree stump or a fallen tree. That contact with the earth is going to help power up your womb again.
Speaker 1:So, wherever you are, let's begin by closing our eyes and so tune into the breath and moving into a full breath of the ocean. That's in from the feet all the way to the top of the head and out and down the body, all the way back down to the feet. Do this a few times, in and up and out and down. It's really settling into your own rhythm. As you're doing this, feeling your feet on the arms of the chair or your thighs or the desks, just something solid that you really feel contact with. If any areas are tight, warm, cool, just notice them and continue your breath. All we're aiming for is that your breath slows down a little from your normal daily pace and that you find some sort of rhythm that you feel, yeah, that's my breathing. And as you're moving this wave of breath and energy up and down, your body also attune into the pulse of water. That's very natural, that's part of the earth, that's part of creation. And start to notice the effects on your jaw and your shoulders and your hips. If you need to adjust how you're sitting on the chair, that's to reflect a posture, to reflect a more relaxed state, maybe a state that's more connected to your body and the sensations in your body and the feeling of your breath.
Speaker 1:Okay, on the next out breath, it's taking your awareness to the bottom of your feet and to the earth that you're either standing on, sitting on in some way, even if you're upstairs, just visualizing your energy from your feet, just rooting into the earth. It's like a tree and just visualise those roots growing and anchoring. It's reaching all those different layers of nourishment from the earth that are the way down the legs into the roots again having this seamless connection with the earth, returning our consciousness to a state where we are part of the earth, and you'll probably know that trees have a taproot. That's the deepest root that anchors into the water table. So we're going to do that, from our womb space now we're going to put our taproot down.
Speaker 1:So if you do a full, deep breath in to the top of the head and then on the out breath, breathing back down the body, hands on the womb, down the torso into the womb and from the womb, one tap root going down through the center of the womb cervix, yoni, into the center of the earth, as you breathe back up, breathing up through that tap root, all the roots in your feet, all the way up the body, all the way to the top of the head, including your womb, and all the way back down again, anchoring into that tap root and those roots coming from your feet, inviting you to remember that no effort is needed to receive nourishment from the earth because we are the earth. Just recalling now your intention from practice one. And on the next out breath, drop in your awareness into your womb centre and hands over your womb.
Speaker 1:Just make sure you're in a position where you feel comfortable to stay for about 10 minutes and we're going to breathe into the left ovary first, so putting your hand over where you feel your left ovary is, and we're going to do three breaths into each area, so left ovary, just focusing on the centre of the left ovary, breathe in, let the energy, energy, the awareness, expand into the whole of your ovary and then relax. Second energising breath. Now to the right fallopian tube.
Speaker 1:So you can just do this, following your intuition. So you can breathe into it, then out and down the tube, or you can breathe in and then out and just relax. Just see which one you prefer. So, first, energizing breath, second, energizing breath, and third, energizing breath, and same for the left tube. I'm going to go quiet as you do that, but I will count the timing first, energizing breath. Second, second, third, fourth. If any of these points you don't have a physical aspect, you still do this because the energetic organs are still there.
Speaker 1:Now, drop your awareness into your womb and just find the centre and breathing in from the centre, expanding your breath Awareness To the very outer edges of your womb and then relax and breathe out. Second breath and third and third, and moving your awareness down to your cervix, find the center of your cervix and relax. Second and third and third, and dropping your awareness into that vaginal canal, dropping your awareness into that vaginal canal. Again, follow your intuition with this. My suggested way to do it is to, when you breathe out, breathe down the whole canal to the edge, to the outer edge or the entrance and the in-breath, breathing back up to the top as to the meeting point with the cervix and back down. Again, you're breathing through all the cells and and the walls. Second, energizing breath in and up. And third, and on the out breath, it's taking your awareness to the outer area. I call this the outer yoni, just the yoni sanskrit for sacred space. So, finding that center, just any central point, wherever you feel it is, and first, energising breath, just breathing, expanding your awareness and breath to that whole area and breathing out and relax and relax, in and expand, out and relax.
Speaker 1:Last one In and expand and out and relax. So putting your hands over your whole womb centre now, just giving your womb a gentle massage and recognising all those elements as one system, as one system All connected, all working together. We're going to do three full breaths into the whole centre and then we're going to close. So in expanding your awareness to that whole womb centre and relax and relax In, expand and energise and relax. Last one in and expand, hold, hold, hold and out, relax, drop in your awareness into that tap root into the centre of the earth, include those roots going down from your feet. Two more full in breaths All the way from the earth, all the way up your body to the top of the head and back down, include the womb centre, include the legs, include those roots and that central tap root. One more and just returning your breath now to your normal, usual daily pace and thanking your womb centre for engaging, for its presence, for its presence as we come to a close, just noticing any sensations.
Speaker 1:Gently opening the eyes, and we're going to put our hands together. Thank you for practicing with me and I will see you in three days.
